Star rating
When Cool Planet buys your preloved clothing, our estimated on-selling price is guided by a star rating for each item. More stars means a higher estimated price.
Condition
We take into consideration things such as:

Freshly washed
-
Lightly worn
-
No stains, fading, tears, holes, pilling, etc

Zippers and buttons in place and working

Garment labels are all attached (security label removed is okay)

No after manufacture adjustments (e.g. hems taken up or down)
We use the term ‘vintage’ broadly – to describe certain brands, a style, and the age of clothing.
